Free live online series for students, freshers and working professionals. 12 sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00–9:30 pm IST, with recordings, an AI-reviewed final project and a certificate. No classes on 28 and 30 December.
About This Course
Salesforce + AI is a free 6-week live series that teaches Salesforce the way companies now use it: with AI built in. You start with the platform basics every admin and developer needs, such as objects, security and automation with Flow, then move to the AI features companies are adopting right now: Einstein, generative AI with Prompt Builder, the Einstein Trust Layer and Agentforce agents that answer customers and take actions. Every session is hands-on in a free Salesforce Developer org.

Prerequisites
- No Salesforce experience needed
- A laptop and a free Salesforce Developer Edition org (set up in session 1)
- Basic programming helps for the Apex session but is not required

Final Project
Build a small AI-powered Salesforce solution in your Developer org, for example a service agent that answers order questions and creates cases, a sales assistant that drafts follow-up emails with Prompt Builder, or a lead-scoring flow with AI summaries. Submit a GitHub repository or a written walkthrough with a README. Your project is reviewed by AI against a clear rubric, and the trainer can adjust the marks.
Certificate
Attend at least 75% of the sessions (9 of 12) and submit the final project to earn a verifiable GeeksArray certificate.
